My Baby’s Not a Baby Anymore – Custom Charlotte Family Portraits

Where does the time go?  Reese starts Kindergarten in 3 weeks and this one turns 3 next month!  Honestly, I get caught up sometime in the day-to-day that I don’t even have time to get emotional about it.  It’s only when I stop for a minute to reflect, that it really affects me.

Reese has been at Art Camp in Charlotte this week, so I’ve gotten to have some quality time with her little sister.  Since we were already there yesterday, I thought we’d make a morning out of it.  We dropped Reese off, went to find her the perfect dress for Mommy to take some pictures of her.  She was so excited to find “a long dress just like Reese-y!”  Oh, Avery thought she was big stuff for sure!

So, then we headed to a park in Uptown and went from there!  We both just enjoyed our time together with no worries or places to be.  And, we snapped a couple of shots along the way.

Once we had our fun at the park, we just took the rest of the morning to walk around, play, dance, eat lunch… whatever Avery wanted to do.  We missed her big sis, but that one-on-one time is also so wonderful and rare, isn’t it?  Looking forward to having a similar day with Reese next week!  For now, I’m just enjoying the memories made with my baby this week and so thankful I caught some of it on camera.  Here’s that personality for ya…
